5am Saint 5,0% is The Holy Grail of red ales made with five different malts (Maris Otter, Caramalt, Munich Malt, Crystal and dark crystal malts) and five different hops (Simcoe, cascade, centennial. ahtanum, Nelson Sauvin). It has loads of late hops and bucket-loads of dry hops.

The blend of cascade and Challenger hops combine to produce an abundance of fresh hop aroma that preludes a bitter-dry taste explosion, perfectly balanced by optic ale malt grist which will have your taste buds tingling.

Dark Czech lager named after the town of the same name. 3.8% ABV

Blonde Czech lager, which is a harmonic composition of malt extract, local aromatic hop and carbon dioxide. Strong flavour in a foamy beer is bound to please.
