5am Saint 5,0% is The Holy Grail of red ales made with five different malts (Maris Otter, Caramalt, Munich Malt, Crystal and dark crystal malts) and five different hops (Simcoe, cascade, centennial. ahtanum, Nelson Sauvin). It has loads of late hops and bucket-loads of dry hops.

7,5 % ABV strong cider from Suomenlinna Brewery in Helsinki. Traditionally fermented from freshly pressed apples and gently matured. Hints of birch and caramel combine to create an all-round super cider.

It has a mid straw colour with a floral/appley aroma. It has a lovely mouth filling mousse and a delicate flavour of fresh pressed apples. It is an off dry cyder with a complexity that enhances its long finish.
