Our magnificent Aussie chef, Norman, has come up with new exciting dishes for you to try!
Come and taste the new menu items our chef has whipped up for your delight!
We kept your favourite dishes, but there’s great new dishes to be tried out too. For example, Fisherman’s Basket, which includes smoked fish croquettes, crumbed prawns, chips and a dip. Or try the Grilled Chicken Breast served with creamy sauce and vegetable mash. And if you’re sweet tooth is aching after, try the new dessert, Traditional Apple Crumble
There will also be a weekly special introduced to the menu each week!
This month’s special will be:
Islander’s Salmon (Week 40)
Warm smoked salmon served with dill potatoes, cucumber salad and
lemon butter sauce
Herb crusted lamb shank (Week 41)
Herb crusted lamb shank served with sweet potato loaf and red wine
Cottage Pie (Week 42)
Chicken and leak in traditional pie pastry served with salad and tomato
Cider Pork Turnover (Week 43)
Pork fillet cooked in Magners-cider wrapped in crispy pastry.
