Sean
Sean is the newest member of our staff. He came to take over the kitchen in August 2011 and works as our head chef, about five days a week.

Mari
Mari is our regular bartender and she also takes care of our advertisement and website. She is generally working 3 nights a week on both weekdays and weekends.

Annamari
Ansu is a full-timer bartender, the restaurant manager and a co-owner. She’s generally working 4-5 nights per week.
Simon
Full-timer, duunari and co-owner, 4 shifts per week, mostly behind the barcounter, but can be found in the kitchen from time to time. Simon also takes care of booking events and some of the paper work too.
Waltsu
Works full-time and is a co-owner. Generally, Waltsu works 4 long days per week.
